- I don't want this book to be published.
- I think only 15 pictures are fit for publication.
- Papa says: publish the book!
- I think tha
(...) t the images express a lot about the life and conditions of Egyptian people.
- Were these pictures taken from the air using a helicopter, or were they taken after you sought the opinion of the people involved and got their permission?
- ls this of any benefit to people? What's the reason for taking these pictures, and for people looking through them?
- lt's an original idea: you take pictures of people's lives and then ask people to comment on the pictures. lt's a good idea because when you live with people you can express something true about them.
- This picture is not fit for publication.
- Maybe the opinions about the book, whether people accept it or refuse it, should be written above the pictures, because I can't see the pictures properly. I want a copy of the book.
- Tamer says: the book should be published because people should know how other people live. There are people who didn't know who you were, but they loved you and were happy with you. People saw you for the first time, but they felt as if they had known you for a long time.
- I felt that way too.
- This book has to be published.
- When you publish the book, you also have to include a picture of yourself. So that you can have a role in it too, you and your friends.
- The book will be much better if you take pictures of Egyptian families during the day. lt won't take that much time. Go back to all the families that are in the book and take pictures of them during the day. Your book will be much more successful.
- I want a copy of the book and my friend does too.
- If you don't publish this book, I will publish it! © Bieke Depoorter | Magnum Photos
