Susan Meiselas Returns to Nicaragua
The images of the Sandinista guerrillas taken between 1978 and 1980 by Susan Meiselas have traveled around the world. Earlier in July, the photographer returned to the country to witness the citizen-led movement demanding the departure of President Ortega. Susan Meiselas’s career-spanning retrospective exhibition, Mediations, opened at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art this week. The show is on display at SFMoMA from July 21 to October 21, 2018. More details here.
